Shri Shishir Jaipuria, B.Com., LLB, has about 32 years of experience in managing companies in areas of Textile, Newspaper, Sugar, etc.  Presently he has interest in Textile and Education. He has served as the Managing Director of The Pioneer Limited, a leading Newspaper of Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Jaipuria is Chairman & Managing Director of Ginni Filaments Ltd., which is a leading producer of yarn, fabric, garment and nonwoven. Mr. Jaipuria is also Chairman of Seth Anandram Jaipuria Education Society, which is involved in imparting quality education through its Schools and Management Institutes. He is also associated with various Societies and Trusts rendering philanthropic activities namely – Hospital and Guest-Houses.

Presently, Mr. Jaipuria is Chairman, Textiles & Technical Textiles Committee, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI). He has also held the post of Director, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Chairman, Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) & Northern India Textile Research Association (NITRA), President, Northern India Textile Mills’ Association (NITMA) and Chairman, U.P. Committee, PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PHDCCI) in the past.

Shri Saket Jaipuria holds Business Administration Degree from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburg, USA with distinction. He has good experience of the vibrant Global Economy and has very sound knowledge of Indian & Global Textile Business. He was appointed as the ‘Chief Executive’ of the Company w.e.f. 10th January, 2004 and further appointed as Executive Director w.e.f. 11th February, 2011.

Shri Suresh Singhvi is a Chartered Accountant and also a Law Graduate having around 37 years of experience in finance, accounts and legal matters. Before joining the company he served for some of the reputed business groups of the country. He is working with the company at the top level since long time and has contributed tremendously in growth of the company.

Shri Joginder Pal Kundra is a prominent banker and an eminent financial consultant having vast experience. He joined the Imperial Bank of India in 1953 and rose to the top position of the successor bank namely State Bank of India as its Managing Director. He was also the Managing Director of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur and Chairman of Banking Services Board.

Shri Jugal Kishore Bhagat is an eminent industrialist having more than 39 years of experience in managing enterprises of varied interests namely Jute Textiles, Real Estate, Roller Flour & Non Banking Financial Companies.

Shri Desh Deepak Verma, aged 69 years, a post graduate in Physics from Allahabad University and an MBA from Australia in International Business, is a retired 1978 batch IAS Officer with an outstanding profile, both at the State and the Central level.

At the State level, he had been Principal Secretary in the key Departments of Commercial Taxes, Registration, Transport, Cooperatives and Tourism. At the Joint Secretary and Special Secretary level, he dwelled into policy formulation for MSMEs and agro-processing industries. He has also been District Magistrate at Amora, Aligarh, Bareilly & Agra and the Divisional Commissioner of Allahabad and Lucknow.

At the Government of India level also, he has handled assignments like Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment & Forests; Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution; Director General, Sports Authority of India (SAI) and Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.

Post retirement,  he has occupied the prestigious positions of Secretary General, Rajya Sabha, New Delhi and Chairman of U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission, both positions for four years each, in the rank and status of Cabinet Secretary,  Govt of India.

Presently, he is nominated  by Ministry of Health, GoI as President of AIIMS, Gorakhpur. He is also associated with several other key organizations, including Institute of Directors, as its Principal Advisor.

Manju Rana is the Director Schools, Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Schools and a seasoned & prolific professional with more than 25 years of variegated ensemble of experience in the field of education. She is actively involved in all areas of education, including development of curriculum, career counseling for students and developing evaluation methods.
